14" RFPI-400 I-Joists are supplied through our Boise, Idaho lumberyard for multi-family builds throughout the Treasure Valley. Engineered with 2-1/16" wide flanges, this 14" deep series is optimized to deliver consistent structural strength and floor stiffness for typical residential framing runs. They resist shrinking and warping, offering a stable and flat framing foundation over long distances. This series serves as a direct equivalent to Weyerhaeuser TJI-210 and Boise Cascade BCI-6000.

Stock items bought directly from our local yard can be brought back within 30 days for an exchange or store credit. Please keep the following in mind:

  • Condition: Materials must be clean, uncut, and in completely resalable like-new condition.
  • Fees: There is no restocking fee.
  • Hauling: Bringing the materials back to our yard is the responsibility of the buyer.
