Dynamic Lumber Solutions - Sales & Return Policy
Last Updated: July 3, 2026
Location-Based Return and Exchange Framework
To optimize regional commercial logistics and maintain rapid flatbed contractor staging, Dynamic Lumber Solutions operates a location-dependent return policy. Local brick-and-mortar yard inventory is eligible for structural exchange, while out-of-region online distribution hub fulfillment operates under strict final-sale terms with full defect protections.
1. Local Boise Lumberyard Purchases
For inventory dispatched directly from our local physical Boise lumberyard, we support our commercial builders with a 30-day return and exchange window subject to the following structural constraints:
- Condition Requirements: Materials must be returned in their original, pristine, un-cut, and resalable condition. We cannot accept materials that have been cut, drilled, modified, or weathered on a jobsite.
- Restocking Fees: There are zero ($0) restocking fees for returning eligible, resalable items to our local yard.
- Resolution: Approved local yard returns are issued immediately as Store Credit or Product Exchange only. No cash or credit card refunds will be processed. Logistics for bringing materials back to the gate are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
2. Regional Online Distribution Hub Shipments (Stockton Hub)
Because materials shipped from regional wholesale distribution hubs are custom-pulled and freight-staged directly to order, these transactions are final sale. No buyer's remorse returns, cancellations, or standard exchanges are accepted.
- Defective Material Exception & Drop-Zone Rule: All shipments are 100% covered against transit damage or manufacturing defects that fundamentally compromise the structural integrity of the material. Defective or compromised materials must be reported with photographic verification within 24 hours of delivery and strictly prior to any jobsite movement, material handling, or installation. To protect against post-delivery handling accidents (such as forklift punctures or drops), the required photographic evidence must clearly show the material resting untouched in its original flatbed drop-zone staging location as left by our driver.
- Aesthetic, Cosmetic, & Yard Weathering Exclusions: All structural-grade lumber dispatched from our regional distribution hubs is distributed brand-new, never used, and fully recognized for structural use under the IRC. Because materials are staged in industrial distributor yards prior to flatbed transport, minor surface weathering, sun discoloration, or superficial moisture stains can naturally occur. These aesthetic variations are standard in the industry, do not alter dimensional stability, and do not compromise the structurally sound integrity of the product. Items exhibiting natural yard weathering remain classified as new inventory and are strictly excluded from defect claims.
- Resolution Remedy & Mandatory Material Surrender: Verified structural defect claims are eligible for an Identical Product Replacement only. No cash refunds or store credits will be issued. To maintain regional inventory controls and structural safety compliance, the buyer must surrender the original, claimed defective material package to our flatbed delivery driver immediately upon arrival of the replacement shipment. The replacement inventory will not be offloaded or released to the job site unless the original material is fully available for complete yard reclamation and loading. Dynamic Lumber Solutions covers all freight transport costs for both the replacement delivery and the defective material retrieval.
3. Verification and Buyer Responsibility
Commercial estimators, framing contractors, and buyers are solely and completely responsible for verifying all structural material lists, dimensional spans, lumber grades, wood species, moisture levels, and engineered lumber specifications prior to order checkout and confirmation.
4. Processing and Pulling Timelines
Material bundling, unit pulling, and custom structural processing or cutting loops initiate automatically across our logistics network immediately upon order entry. Once an invoice or order sequence is locked into our database tracking framework, it cannot be modified, delayed, or altered.
5. Administrative Support
