To optimize regional commercial logistics, maintain rapid flatbed contractor staging, and pass maximum wholesale cost savings directly to our builders, Dynamic Lumber Solutions operates under a strict, uniform non-returnable policy. No cancellations, returns, refunds, or product exchanges are accepted under any circumstances.
1. Verification and Buyer Responsibility
Commercial estimators, framing contractors, and buyers are solely and completely responsible for verifying all structural material lists, dimensional spans, lumber grades, wood species, moisture levels, and engineered lumber specifications prior to order checkout and confirmation.
2. Processing and Pulling Timelines
Material bundling, unit pulling, and custom structural processing or cutting loops initiate automatically across our yards immediately upon order entry. Once an invoice or order sequence is locked into our database tracking framework, it cannot be modified, delayed, or altered.
3. Scope of Operational Uniformity
This strict sales and return framework is standard across all administrative branches and locations. It applies uniformly to our Boise lumberyard, all future regional wholesale distribution hubs, and all localized flatbed jobsite freight dispatches.
