14" RFPI-40 I-Joists are supplied through our Boise, Idaho lumberyard for construction projects throughout the Treasure Valley. The RFPI-40 series is the industry-recognized equivalent to Weyerhaeuser TJI-230 and Boise Cascade BCI-6500 I-joists and can be used as a substitution where those joist series are specified. Featuring wider 2-5/16" LVL flanges, these engineered floor joists provide an expanded nailing surface and improved dimensional stability compared to standard narrow-flange alternatives. I-joists are commonly used to reduce shrinking, warping, and floor movement while supporting longer spans with less material weight.
