• 1-for-1 Material Exchange: Verified transit damage or manufacturing defects qualify for immediate 1-for-1 replacement. Original damaged items will be collected by our driver at the time of replacement delivery.
• 24-Hour Notice Window: Please inspect all material upon arrival and submit any claims with photo verification within 24 hours of delivery or will-call pickup.
