18" RFPI-700 I-Joists are supplied through our Stockton, California wholesale distribution hub for construction projects throughout the Central Valley and Bay Area. The RFPI-700 series is the industry-recognized equivalent to Weyerhaeuser TJI-360 and Boise Cascade BCI-60 2.0 I-joists and can be used as a substitution where those joist series are specified. These standard commercial rental packages include the required heavy-duty tie-down straps with the trailer setup. (Note: Rigid engineered wood stacked on edge can legally overhang up to 8 feet in California when marked with a standard red safety flag over the tongue and tail sections).
Load Securement Notice: Forklift operators will cleanly place all bundles onto your truck bed or flatbed trailer. Drivers are responsible for binding and securing their own loads prior to exiting the distribution gate according to standard commercial yard liability regulations.
Will Call Hours and Scheduling
- Orders Under $5,000 (No Appointment Needed): Pickups are standard drop-in. Just arrive during normal Will Call hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM (Last load must be initiated by 1:45 PM).
- Orders Exceeding $5,000 (Appointment Required): To streamline yard staging and prevent transit delays for large material packs, a dedicated pickup appointment must be scheduled 24 hours in advance once your order is confirmed. Heavy-load appointment windows are expanded from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
