16" RFPI-70 I-Joists are supplied through our Stockton, California wholesale distribution hub for framing jobs throughout the Central Valley and Bay Area. This 16" deep structural member is paired with a stable 2-5/16" flange width, striking a perfect balance between high clear-span capacity and material cost-efficiency. - Orders Under $4,000: Standard drop-in pickup. No appointment required.
- Orders Over $4,000: Requires a dedicated pickup appointment scheduled 24 hours in advance.
- Loading Notice: Transport vehicles, trailers, or racks must be side-loadable. Drivers are solely responsible for binding and securing their own loads before exiting the gate.
Job Site Offloading
- Orders Over $40,000: High-volume shipments automatically include a premium truck-mounted Moffett forklift for seamless, hands-off job site offloading.
- Orders Under $40,000: Shipped via standard delivery flatbed. Requires an on-site framing crew, telehandler, or forklift ready to unload.
