Framing Lumber OSB I-Joists Rim Board LVLs House Packages

Product Description

The 1-1/8" × 9-1/2" OSB rim board is an APA-rated engineered rim board used at the perimeter of 9-1/2" engineered floor systems to provide vertical load transfer, lateral stability, and diaphragm continuity.

This rim board is designed to align flush with 9-1/2" I-joists, including RFPI, Weyerhaeuser TJI, Boise Cascade BCI, and equivalent series where plans specify engineered rim board or rim joist blocking.

We stock 9-1/2" rim board in Boise for same-day pickup or scheduled Moffett delivery and regularly supply it alongside engineered floor systems, LVLs, and complete house framing packages.
