Product Description

The 1-3/4" x 16" Laminated Veneer Lumber (LVL) 2.1E is an engineered wood solution designed for superior stiffness and long-span integrity. Featuring a 2.1E Modulus of Elasticity, this beam offers high-level resistance to deflection, allowing for expansive open-concept layouts. The 1-3/4" width provides flexibility for easy job-site handling and multi-ply lamination to meet specific architectural load requirements.

Manufactured from ultrasonically graded wood veneers bonded with moisture-resistant structural adhesives, this 16" depth beam is engineered for total consistency. It is virtually immune to the knots, warping, and shrinking common in solid-sawn timber. Staged for fast loading at our Boise, Idaho lumberyard, this 2.1E LVL ensures predictable performance and dimensional stability for high-load framing.

Contractor & Builder Notes
