16" RFPI-40 I-Joists are supplied through our Boise, Idaho lumberyard for building sites throughout the Treasure Valley. Engineered with 2-5/16" wide flanges and a 16" depth, this series is optimized to provide cost-efficient long-span capability for everyday residential and commercial floor layouts. It offers a stable alternative to solid wood joists, ensuring a flat frame that won't shrink or warp over time. This series serves as a direct equivalent to Weyerhaeuser TJI-230 and Boise Cascade BCI-6500.

Stock items bought directly from our local yard can be brought back within 30 days for an exchange or store credit. Please keep the following in mind:

  • Condition: Materials must be clean, uncut, and in completely resalable like-new condition.
  • Fees: There is no restocking fee.
  • Hauling: Bringing the materials back to our yard is the responsibility of the buyer.
