Framing Lumber OSB I-Joists Rim Board LVLs House Packages

Product Description

The 2×12 × 14' #2 Kiln-Dried Douglas Fir is a heavy-duty structural framing member used where increased depth, stiffness, and load capacity are required.

Douglas Fir is the primary structural framing species throughout the Northwest and is widely specified for joists, headers, beams, and other load-bearing framing applications. The 14' length allows for longer clear spans while reducing splices and intermediate bearing points.

All material is kiln-dried for dimensional stability, then pulled, banded, and stored dry at our Boise lumberyard — so crews load framing-ready lumber instead of sorting through mixed or damaged stock.
